I've been walking for two hours a day and doing 30 minutes of aerobics 5 days a week. My daily calorie intake is around 1.5k. I ordered two different types of high protein snacks to offset my carb intake. #TheBestIsYetToCome
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
