Weight isn't moving much, but calipers are saying that this Saturday i should be down to the next body fat % level.
Good triceps workout today. Was able to do a couple more reps of French Curls and a couple more on triceps cable pushdowns. Also added a 10 minute HIIT on a stationary bike today to speed fat burning, as the body fat % competition at work only has about 3 weeks left to go. That was my second and last HIIT for the week. We'll reevaluate on my Saturday weigh-in.
