Whoop - 13 lbs - first week of induction :)))))



OW , just reading through all my old journal entries when lost on Atkins 4 years ago. Its inspiring to see me change and lose and feel so free , but its also good to see that I have learnt from my mistakes, I am not doing any bars or shakes this time and i have given up alcohol. It was also lovely to see the support that I got from my online friends at them time .. I have lost touch , are any of you still here?
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
