i really dont understand how im up also 2 pounds after keeping my calories mostly negative and having been working out. this is frustrating
97.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to why the scale can show a gain when you do everything right. It could be as simple as muscle edema or sodium. Water weight gain is very common and makes the scale fluctuate. It's also temporary.

Ya thanks for the insight I always forget how much water weight and sodium can affect it. I had been making a conscious effort to increase my water intake and my dinner last night was heavy in sodium. It just really caught me offguard cause I had been working hard but I'll try again in a week hopefully this time I'll be closer to 210
