it brings me such happiness to have lost even just 2 pounds because I’ve been stuck at the same weight since September! I’ve really been killing myself working on controlling my cravings and portions so it’s a relief to know it’s working! unfortunately i haven’t been exercising due to health reasons so dieting is all i have 🖤
49.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I read a study just a week or two ago that when it comes to *losing* weight, diet is the heavy lifter; when it comes to *keeping weight off,* exercise then plays a bigger role. Of course exercise while reducing has other health benefits but weight loss is largely not dependent on it. Keep going! 😊

remember exercise doesn't have to be strenuous, moving arms or legs even when sitting can help burn calories and help with mobility.. start small and do something everyday... it will help your health and your weight-loss
