Weight is bouncing around but I'm doing weight lifting and monitoring calories. Had a large spinach and cheese omelette and small hamburger and apple today. I will have a spinach and fruit smoothie for dinner and call it a day.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
