walking most days for 1 to 2 hrs (12000 to 20000 steps) weather depending. weather is turning more wind and rain, longer nights so might not be able to do it most days.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
