Walked 40 minutes today, and in the process of moving to our new place so I'm packing, lifting, and moving boxes which also includes running up and down the stairs a lot! :-D
73.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
