I've been debating if I should be weighing in or tracking at all this week since it seems my body is out of whack.
I've been 6. 7 flat except today... but as with the last few days my body seems off. I don't know what it is... If this is from the fact I've been mega stressed and busy at work, the fact that I'm massively tired but something is going on.
I actually feel that I'm carrying some extra weight... my stomach is not comfortable and I just feel off.
hoping with a sleep in tomorrow and taking it a bit easier over the weekend my body will get back to normal.
