Thank you and people here are awesome, you will have ups and down like I have in the past two weeks, don't listen to naysayers, focus on some goals to meet, like for me it's to lose 500g - 1kg in a week and anymore I lose is a bonus, I've had to get strict with my diet, it's an eye opener once you learn about nutrition, as that's a big player when it comes to fat loss, then next important is to get 6-8 hours of sleep, also exercise is very important, but make sure you warm up for 5-10 mins before the working sets. Even if you lose 200 or 100g a small loss is still a loss, good luck on your journey.
