I haven't been recording my food intake, but I have been closely following what I was doing previously. I have higher intake of protein and vegetables, no grains and cut back sugar and gluten. Increased water intake and am working out 4 to 5 times a week on a new programme from my personal trainer. I am still losing some inches from my waist and am getting much more defined in my physique. Progress is slow, but its steady for sure.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
