The veggie keto diet this past week has helped. Also, in addition to the two hours of daily walking I do before work, I've added in a half hour to one hour of beginner level aerobics in the evening. I also take an Epsom salt bath before bed to avoid muscle soreness.
64.8 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
