I am fearing that the loss I have had this time may be muscle loss instead of fat.........I have really been eating some bad stuff between all of these ball games and church functions. I really need to step up and take control of my eating.....oh and step up my working out that has also come down quite a bit in quality and quantity! BUT I have to say.......I don't mind seeing a loss, just wish my clothes weren't feeling tighter at the same time ahhaha. I have a certain outfit I want to wear on the 4th of July to our family get-together, so that is my GOAL. Best wishes to all of you FS buddies!!!
