Timbang BB setelah BAB dan BAK, tapi terlanjur sudah sarapan. BB timbangan 45.6. Aku input 45.2 setelah dikurangi berat sarapan.
45.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
