Blew it but still lost 4 lbs. Back to my focus - no cheating for the next 14 days - Lost about 28 lbs in the past month which is really amazing. Monday I introduce exercise program - 20 20 20 20 cardio 20 swimming 20 weights for a one hour intense workout Good Job
124.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
