I am very surprised that I lost and did not gain. I binged three times this week on cookies and chips going over my recommended daily calories by 700-1000 each time. At 48 years-old I still do not understand why sometimes I make the choice to eat this way. I find staying committed to the gym so much easier than staying committed to eating healthy. New week, a chance to make better decisions!
