A good tip is eating apples they’re negative calories meaning you lose weight every time you eat it and it works for me I lose 200g every time I eat it

this was exactly my story until i started my "long haul" journey in September this year,i have lost 5kgs to date, there is nothing i dnt eat just in moderation. i cut out sauses n workout when i feel like it n never on weekends....i feel soo good about my accomplishment so far and i cant wait to see my results this xmas. This is a lifestyle change and i hv become comfortable with it. You can do this my darling, good luck🥂🥂
