Haven't been very consistant, since I got sick last weekend. Trying to get back on track this week; got only 4 more weeks till I go on vacation. During vacation...all bets are off! Still, I couldn't believe I haven't gained more back. Have a great week all.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
