weight stayed flat this morning! awesome! feeling great being back in my "better" jeans! hopefully not too long from now I'll be rocking the "best" pair! does anyone know the impact of instant coffee on intermittent fasting? just would wonder if it had any impact at all. so as far as Monday mornings are concerned this one isn't too bad :-)
