I did fasting before, but now made it a routine - every Monday or Tuesday, depending of how I feel about it. This is easy when it becomes a habit. So, I ate nothing yesterday and today had Gouda cheese, boiled egg, seaweed snack and banana. Total 425 calories. This is for breakfast. Still try to stay under 1000-1200 calories. I see people share transformation of the body, but mine is so minimal. It feels like you have to diet forever just not to gain more.I am glad to see how others loose wait, so it motivates me , that’s what I need!
