@MANDISAC most def, I Remember the my fist ever weigh in was 84kg, after sometime it climbed to 90kg, then 105kg... 118kg and then finally 120kg. I never bothered to weigh in after hitting 120kg, I was distraught. Now I sing a different song!
Just find a good sustainable plan and a work out routine you enjoy and you'll be on your way. I can now jump rope for 30min clean which something I never would have imagined. Next year I'll be flying and I trust we'll meet in the clouds
