I will start walking 3 hours per day and aim for 15,000 steps. I will also commit to drinking only herbal teas. Lastly, I will drink cold water with lemon, lime, orange, and mint.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
