I have been walking everyday for an hour also doing between 25 to 35 mins light weights as in kettle bells and dumbells. My weight has actually gone up a few pounds, so maybe need to watch what i eat.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

you might be gaining muscle mass! muscle weighs more than fat, so don't be discouraged!

😂 keeping it real, trust me you didn't gain 3lbs of muscle in 2weeks. put the fork down!
