Apparently I am stuck ...scale is stuck ....so frustrating.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

The only thing I can see from your stats are that 5 days before you were stuck you were averaging 136g fat, 96g protein, and 40g carbs. After 17th your protein intake has reduced by 10-15g and fats fluctuated but carbs reduced by 15g on average. Your Sodium is through the roof and very little to no green vegetables.

I stayed at the same weight for 7 weeks we all plateau drink more water wash away the sodium and keep at it
