ok, so this is on empty stomach, 1.3 kilo reduction from previous 79.1 but that was taken at evening so thinking it will be same today evening also, will check again at eve
77.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

To get back in form, you need to add some momentum in life, other wise obviously form will remain same.

The appropriate time to check your weight on the weight scale is right after you use the loo in the morning. Checking your weight after a meal or during the day may give you deceiving numbers. Checking your weight after a meal can increase your weight by 800gms to a Kg or more because it’s not yet digested. All the luck for your journey!
