Well so far so good. I've been trying to limit the amount bread I eat, the junk food and the portions at meal time when I'm home. Where I work shift work sometimes it off sets how I eat but I managed to balance that the last couple of back shifts. Now to get more exercising in.
133.8 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 10.5 kg a Week

I usually make my own bread and it’s pretty high energy; so I either slice it very thin (not really an option for purchased bread though) OR have only half a slice at a time. Maybe that would help you, too?
