I really notice that when I'm working I will lose , and on my days off I gain it back. So I have work on my days off and stay away from what temps me to eat. Starting a new week with my daughter for accountability. Fingers crossed.
136.8 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

You’ve hit upon an elemental truth here: most of us eat more when idle. Keeping busy keeps us out of the kitchen - and whittles down our to-do list as well. And who doesn’t have one of those? 🙂
