Most people don't lose/gain weight progressively like we expect to. It's more like a step like pattern rather than a slope. It might be due to the water weight/Food you consumed before weighing yourself. It's highly variable and changes hour by hour. The best time to consistently weigh yourself would be in the morning after emptying your bladder and bowel because that's the time your body has been in a fasted state for about 7-8 hours. Note your daily weight at that time. Do the right things- 1. Eating in a calorie deficit 2. Excercise regularly That's all you require for weight-loss.

what is your ideal weight sir? how much more you want to reduce. work on deficiting the calories and if still it is not reducing change your routine. confuse your body about what meal you will eat at what time. it will definitely help you.

first week it doesn't show any changes in weight but after 2 , 3 weeks you can see the effect of you are having proper food. it's my experience😊

My ideal BMI is from 57-77 kilo, I was always in the 83-84 kilo range, since a recent trip to hospital with high cholesterol, I finally decided to go into my BMI range, with the help of this app, found out that it was the snacks which was the culprit, going above 1000 calories everyday, as soon as I stopped it 1 month ago, my weight is going down, (also stopped processed sugar foods) average calorie intake now is 1700-2000, but ya last 9 days the weight stopped coming down, anyway will see, thanks again for the support
