Just thinking what did I eat yesterday that I'm up so much this morning. I did eat late last night. I was not perfect. These big fluctuations up are frustrating especially on my weigh in day, but I don't complain when it happens the other direction. Oh well, I will continue on. Starting with recording my food. I've been rather random lately.
