not much going on, still 79.15 kilogram, but ya this is the 2nd week without any processed sugar food, looking for a 1/2 kilo reduction by the end of this month
79.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
