Up and down like a toilet seat.
Slow and steady even so.
Considering we have had lots of company and get together over the past three months, I am more than happy with the loss.
I am at my goal and looking to be a few under as I can see I need that wiggle room.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i wouldn't worry about anything even beyond 5lbs up or down. At a .2 fluctuation, I can absolutely guarantee you it's just water weight. I yo-yo up and down 5-6lbs everyday. The common misconception is that every change of number is gaining or losing weight. lol it's really not. On a day to day basis, don't even bother with the number. Just focus on how you feel and look and if and when you weigh, just do it weekly honestly and keep going strong
