This month target is, 80 but with jeans and shirt I think I can safely deduct 1 kg minimum so am like 80.6, but ya yesterday evening was kinda dehydrated so will add that 1 kilo/litre again, so it's back to 81.6 now will see if It will go under 80 with dress 🐒
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
