starting a healthy lifestyle from today. I am gonna make small realistic changes. I have completely gone through YouTube tried many crash diets and other random stuffs claiming that you can loose 5 kg in 3 days ...I am literally tired of trying everything and finally understand that weight loss is something that doesn't happens overnight it is we are changing our habits not only to loose weight but it's a starting point towards a healthy lifestyle.
