After a week of family visiting and making new good memories .. I’m thankful it has just been a small uptick.
I am very near my goal but will try to go a few pounds lower so I can maintain my weight between 152-155lbs.
70.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
