30 Aug. Down a kg from last week. Going in the right direction but would like to see that doubled. Cutting out potatoes, beans /moi-moi and cutting in more greens and an additional 500cals of exercise/day. Let's see how this goes.
114.4 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
