YEAH! Finally got a minus on the scale....was beginning to think I was doing this ALL WRONG!!I think I was not eating enough...also increased my water intake
124.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you are right, you are not eating enough. I started at 275 also and after a year and a half I am down to 198. I ate every calorie allowed to me and plenty of fat to keep me from feeling deprived. I am sure you did not get to 275 overnight so slow down and enjoy the journey. Eat enough and enjoy what you are eating and you will be successful.
