I am over on my carbs again today:( Again Anderea made my lunch for at work. I am not going to work out today-My neck is still bothering me and the class that I would attend today is just too high impact for my neck to tolerate. I scheduled a Massage (groupon) but was not able to get in until 4/15/14. She had easy online scheduling though. I will purchase and schedule my Cardio point on Friday when I purchase more sessions with Theresa through the end of April. In May I will be going to a Pilates class with Emma and a group PT session with Adam as the trainer with the girls from my Pilates Dtox class. this will cost me $280/month on top of my membership to LTF.
