Yeah. BUT I measured my waist today and it is down another cm to 80cm which was one of my non-scale goals so 💪🏼💃🙌🏻 (Not sure what it was when I started but estimating about 110cm)

No better fat to shift than the belly fat though! I imagine your body has done some sort of re-composition, hence the weight gain. See what next week brings!

Thanks, Anne, yes I am really happy with my shape and tone right now, even bought a bikini last weekend in the sale, and some size 10 trousers as my size 12s now too baggy. Never thought I would wear a size 10. HOWEVER I do think most of that weight is my mum’s cakes and pies 🥧 🍰😃😳 I get a rest from them the first fortnight of September so will have a bit of a hardcore couple of weeks I think!

That is when it is most difficult diet-wise. When visiting, having visitors etc. And yes, you have to make the most of the downtime to correct. If I lived on my own I would be a supermodel! For Sure!! But as it is it's a constant battle to please other people whilst retaining what I got.
