selama sebulan, cuma bagian lingkar perut aja yg naik melejiiit wakaakak, sisanya tetep sama seperti sebelumnya, (based on my analisa sih bisa jdi BB naik lgsg segini karna berat makanan, dan jg metabolisme yg payah bgt, ngeliat dri semua lingkar badan yg lain gaada yg nambah kecuali diperut)

ah btw selama surplus lg main beban sma lg rajin squad, lingkar lengan sma paha dalam turun 1 cm, pdhl w surplus wkwkwkwk BB aje naik ampe 10kgan xD tp my belly size 🤪 yah udelah gaush ditanya naik brp cm, kebayang gatuh perut w ngalah2in buibu 7 bulanan🤣
