power of IF..sempet naik 64 karena hormonal(mau mens)..setelah IF jd turun segini..pdhl kalori ga dikurangi..malah sekali makan ud kyk yutub mukbang..skrg perut bersih kempesh ga kembung2..dan tidur lebih relax
