Man...I think it's carbs, definitely. I need to cut back or out the refined white bread, pastas, etc. Oy. I need more leafy greens, more agua, more healthy cereals for dessert (and less ice cream). It just seems that no matter how much good food I put into the house, I always end up eating the bad stuff by the end of the week. I'm not giving up, though, I'm going to perserve. 150lbs will be mine in a year's time. ;^)
