Did better during the week but the long weekend was an issue and undid all that hard work. Exercise good but way too many bad food choices. Keep trying...
68.0 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Why are your weekends so hard, why does it feel like you have a free pass when the weekend comes around. What can you do before the next weekend comes along, what can you do to plan for it. There is more partying, getting together with friends and having a good time, which means food and drinks. Hopefully this next weekend is better for you food wise than the last one. Like you said you are going to keep trying... Hang in here, it does get easier. :-)
