Well, I'm back after not working out for 3 and a half months. I stopped at the beginning of May cause I had other stuff I had to get done. I use to go 2 hours on the elliptical every night and since I stopped I went back to my previous routine of lazing around and overeating junk food. Just this past week I had so many pizza slices and fast food burgers. I gained back everything I lost months go. But now I'm coming back to it. I'm going back to using my job's gym after I clock out. it sucks that I have to start all over but at least I have a definitive starting point. 5vand a half months until the year ends so hopefully I'll get back on track. 🙏
