Week #3 has come and gone. I have lost weight again. How could that be.....3 weeks in a row? But, yes, it's true. I am very happy. I will work hard again in the next week and hopefully by weeks end, I will reap the rewards of feeling healthier, better about myself and looser clothes. (Did I spell looser right? It looks wrong!) I have to work on my goals one day at a time. I do think that writing the foods I eat everyday for the whole world to see, if they choose, helps me stay "in-check". It helps keep my serving sizes at bay. I have been able to "eyeball" some serving sizes but still weigh and measure most things. I have figured out that a ladle equals a cup....who knew, I didn't.
