Haven't nothing good to say about how I am doing. I did go back up to 302 lbs and come back down to 298 lbs. Still it's a gain not a loss. My daughter is getting me to start back to the gym today so I am hopeful. There are too many temptations here at home and I have very little will power but I can't ask someone else to sacrifice what they like for me. So instead yesterday I picked up more healthier treats for myself. Still can't get off the diet Pepsi. Today is the start of a new day. Hoping it won't end in an old day.
135.2 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I'm compromising by buying Zevia. It's soda, but it's a natural sweetener, so no caffeine and no harsh chemicals. Give it a try, maybe it will help you transition.
