Ok, so I haven't been recording journal entries and it looks like my weight hasn't moved, BUT I have been doing a lot of work on my mind and getting focused and clearing out obstacles for success. So it is my TOM, I went up and down and feel I am now on the way down and am on the cusp of something great! Watch this space!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
