I tend to only update this when I have lost weight :) So this time it's taken about 3 weeks to post a negative figure :) Was hoping to see a 75.x number this morning (as I was 76.1 yesterday as well), but no such luck. And the packet of toobs I had for breakfast all but guarantees I wont see 75.x tomorrow as well ;) Weekends continue to add a few kg, then I lose it during the week (mostly). Overall the trend is heading in the right direction, but it is definitely getting harder as the weight comes off. I remember when I was over 100kg, I could easily lose over 1kg a week. Now I've only managed about 6kg since the beginning of the year. Luckily I am within about 5kg of where I want to be, so it it takes another year to reach that goal, then that's fine.
