After a month of not going to the gym on the lunch hour, and not tracking my food intake, and only doing zumba twice a week and tennis twice a week, I have gained four pounds. BUT, the computer upgrade at work has been completed, the education conference that screwed my schedule last week is over, and there are no more vacations in the near future to sabatage my efforts. So, back to the routine to get rid of these four pounds, and break the 192 pound plateau I was at for so long. Let's do this!
