Oh my gosh...I haven, t gained any but haven't lost any either...
man when they say its harder to lose weight after 40 they weren't kidding.
apparently I will just have to wrap my head around the fact that it is going to take a while to drop this extra weight..
74.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
