morning again...but not as tired..a good thing...another busy day...goood morning...i finally decided to get on the scales and see what it had to report...and they smiled back finally...guess i finally got the salt and all the extra carbs worked outta my system...eating more carbs just doesnt work for me..my body seems to store them...yet i can eat a lower carb plan and work em off faster...so...gotta go with what seems to work for me...headed to the gym in a few an get in hopefully a 1.5 hour cardio workout...elliptical im using has the moving arms on it..so gettin an upper body workout as well as a lower..really like usual would be so easy just to crawl back into bed an shut my eyes...i think alot is just the fact that its still dark and 32 outside again this morning..once i get out in it...then im good to go..just the initial shock to my body...lol..well...time to rock an roll again this morning an get my workout over an get the rest of the day started...have a great one...its almost friday for the ones of you that wish your life away...lol...
if you look back one journal entry an article on salt intake for anyone thats eating more salt then is recommended....
